This Flow class incorporates lots of twisting, side bending, and moments of pause to reassess the quality of our breath. As we become better at finding our breath in stillness, we become better at finding it in our movement and maintaining a state of flow. Poses we will explore include: eagle, tree, twisted lunge, swivel chair, forward folds, and side crow.
