Flow through a supine exploration of standing poses and Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) to feel a deep sense of direct support from the ground and your core. Then apply this sense of support to the familiar upright variations of these movements and poses, finishing with Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (One-Legged King Pigeon Pose) variation and Savasana (Corpse Pose).
Suggested props: Two blocks or sturdy books, strap or belt, blanket/bolster or towel/couch cushion.
