Any time you have had a cough, cold, or any respiratory infection, it can be challenging to return to practice because lying down can set off a coughing response, and the body can feel stiff and sore in general. This practice will gently stretch the body to bring a sense of ease. The supine restorative poses are done propped up on an incline to avoid setting off any coughing.
Suggested props: chair, 1-2 blocks, 3-4 blankets, bolster, and optional eye covering
