Full body yoga class to wake up the mind, the body, and the breath. This practice is a 75-minute flow including sun salutations, slow transitions, and fluid and dynamic movement. Perfect practice for a wake-up and restart button, but also a beautiful wind down to a long day. This is a full-body strengthening practice beginning from the ground through the feet, and up to the crown of the head. This is perfect for inflexibility, stress, anxiety, depression, or just needing to clear the mind.
