Formally trained by Harvard University's Buddhist Chaplain, Tibetan meditation master Khenpo Migmar Tseten Rinpoche (who was trained by the private tutor to the Dalai Lama), David's Buddhist meditation work covers a breadth of terrain. From traditional lineage-based practices to cutting edge experiential retreats, David's stress management courses help students mitigate the harmful effects of chronic stress through controlled exposure to breathwork, cold, heat, forested environments, and yoga.
