Myofascial Release • Dina Abbondante, LMT • 20 min
30 min • 21m
This self-bodywork class connects with the fibrous network of tissues that interweave with muscles, joints, and organs. In this introductory class, use self-massage techniques that help release muscle tension, common areas of discomfort, and stiffness in the upper back and hips. Breathe deeply and roll body weight onto any therapy ball that you have at home (tennis, lacrosse, or trigger point ball will do). Previous experience is not needed, just a willingness to sink, soften, and relax into restoring space within the body.
Prop: Therapy Ball (tennis ball works!)
