Universal Yoga, created by Andrey Lappa integrates all systems of Yoga where you get to practice Asana, Pranayama, Mantra, Yantra, and Meditation within a single class. In this very short 40 min introduction, Jovan will be taking you through the basics as you begin with classical sun salutations followed by actively stretching, and strengthening both legs and arms. You’ll then be guided into a brief pranayam, and meditation.
