Incorporating elements of dance, ballet, and strength training, this class provides a total body workout. Students build endurance, enhance flexibility, and improve balance through a combination of low impact cardio, sustained holds, and micro movements. No previous dance or ballet training required. Recommended equipment: Resistance bands, chair or barre, and a set of light dumbbells (1-2 pounds).
