Emily has been a dedicated yoga teacher and massage therapist for over a decade but have held many physical jobs-from classical ballet dancer to bartender-that have informed her career. She also has a background in teaching, having spent several years in ESL working with people of all ages across three continents. She is committed to holding space for populations our society generally underserves and so she work with pre and postnatal women, infants, children, people living with physical limitations, and elders.
