Susan LoPiccolo is a life long fitness enthusiast turned professional, passionate about promoting a healthy, active, and balanced lifestyle. She believes we all need to find balance in our lives mentally, physically and emotionally. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Kranti Yoga in Goa, India and pursued her 500-hour teacher training at Down Under School of Yoga under Natasha Rizopoulos. Susan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Advanced Barre Instructor and trained TRX instructor. She has taught all over the NYC and Boston areas and has worked with the industries top trainers to develop and film some of the best fitness and yoga programs. Throughout her career of leading classes, retreats and training both group and private clients she has developed and perfected her proven technique of combining strength training, yoga asanas and meditation for a total body and mind workout.
